When you use this website or contact us, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, country, and the content of messages you send via the contact form. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and are not transmitted to or stored by Umma Designs.

We process personal data under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the following bases: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) legitimate interests in operating our services.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver design services, issue invoices, and communicate about active projects. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Third-party processors
Stripe, Inc. processes payment information. See stripe.com/privacy. Data may be transferred to the United States under Stripe's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Contact data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Invoicing and project records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law (D.P.R. 633/72).
